چکیده

The paper presents an overview of parallel computing in computational uid dynamics. A taxonomy of parallel computing architectures and programming paradigms is described. Issues in parallel computing are discussed including domain decomposition and load balancing, performance, scalability, benchmarks and portability. Examples of experience with parallel computing in the aerospace industry is described.
